Is this another one of those apps preinstalled on units overseas, because I can't seem to find one on my Note.

since i have purchased my note, i have flashed every rom released (leaked or official) and there was always "FM radio" app pre-installed.

That's what I was afraid of. Since I see you're overseas, and since the international versions have apps the US don't, I'm guessing we don't get the receiver as preinstalled.
