I got my motion back today and it wouldn't make phone calls. Data worked fine but won't make calls. Says prl 4000 and unknown network. The people at metro were baffeled. Anyone know what's up with that?

Ps. They ordered me a another one this will be my fourth

Have they walked you through a hidden menu? or *226? also have you tried software update? Not sure any of this will work, but figured I would suggest it in order to help.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure I could fix it with qpst but I need it to be activated to do that I think. if someone knows how to change the prl with out the phone being activated could you let me know how.

QPST is what does initial program of phone. Make sure to have the latest version, and some write functions it doesn't do. Also it'll give an error so you must reboot phone manually. Good luck.
