Help folder issue

after restarting my handphone i notice that the image of the application which i have stored in my memory card does not appear. why is that so? could anyone teach me how to get it back? should create folders on the home screen or not?

What do you mean? Apps that you've downloaded and placed shortcuts for on your home screen are not appearing after a reboot?

Any apps in particular?

I think I am having the same problem, when i turn on my phone some of the application I have in folders return to the defult android shortcut (similer to the Market App Icon). I can delete the shortcut and place a new one and the problem is fixed however this is rather annoying! Any Suggestions?
