Help folders emtied out.

Can someone explain why out of nowhere all my folders emptied out. Apps are still in the phone but the apps I had in my games folder moved to another and all others are empty. phone is not rooted and I was not doing anything it just happened. The phone is a new optimus s. thanks.

That drove me nuts, couldn’t believe this 24th century technology could goof something that basic. Eventually, someone told me about LauncherPro and the problem disappeared. I suppose any non-stock launcher would work, but I stopped looking when I found a cure.
