Help fone got flashed now its on a dirty kernel cant download

hi i updated the new update 2.1, 2 months ago worked for a week then just keeped rebooting never came on. so took it to a show yesateerday they fixed it today looked brill then i rrealise skype n market wasnt on it then found out i got a dirty kernel, now im stuck i dont know i lot bout fones, please help
