Help Font Size Issues

So last nite for some reason my phone froze up so I did a battery pull and restarted and everything worked fine. However, the font size of the notification bar, my app list and and my minimalistic text widgets all shrank up and are way small. I tried to reboot, and use spare parts to change it,but it didnt. Any help would be much appreciated.

Get into Velocity script via term. emulator
su
velocity
change LCD resolution to around 250. that should do it.
