I guess I was just kinda afraid of flashing, but I will try it. If it is as easy as you say it is then I should have no problem. And I probably will get more comfortable with flashing ROMs like you said, I just have to make that first plunge. I am sort of afraid. I really like the stock OS and I have all these apps that replace features of the stock OS so I guess I really don't have any of the stock OS left.
Contapps: Dialer and Contacts
GO Launcher: Homescreen
WidgetLocker: Lockscreen
Gallery 3d: Gallery App
Chomp: Messaging App
Opera Mobile: Internet App
Google Music: Music App
The only thing stock left is the notification bar, camera, and mail. I really like the way the stock Gingerbread notification bar looks, the black notification bar with green icons. But I also like the way the HTC Sense one looks. I am torn between different looks, I like a lot but can only have one. I like sense but don't use many of the features. I don't even use the famous retro flip clock, I use go weather instead.
I will probably end up with something non-sense based such as MIUI, CM7, Absolution, or some other ROM I haven't discovered yet. Open to suggestions.
