Just make your phone go into 1x data then try to update and it should work

It will, try putting the phone in airplane mode then turn airplane mode off

Or use LTE on/off and set it to cdma only

Mine wasn't working, so I put my phone into CDMA only mode and it got it... Thanks a ton!!!
