Hi Guys,
Just a couple of days back I have flashed my Desire Hd with MIUI (ver 1.7.1) Rom. It's really awesome. But I need to sink my facebook, twiiter and google contacts into phone contacts automatically along with the profile pics. Hope you guys would help me out.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,
K.Sagar.

I think you mean sync not sink.

Try googling it, you'll probably find an answer:

Sync Facebook Contacts [Archive] - MIUI Android Forums
Oops.. My mistake dude.. I meant sync only.. :)
I tried in various forums like xda-developers,miui-forums, etc. Still I couldn't find a solution.
Even though I have got my facebook contacts to the phone book, I can't sync(link) them to the phone book contacts. Even I tried googling for it. But all my effort gone in vain. Hope you would help me out.
Thanks in advance.

Updated title for you:)

Also FYI, 'google it' is NOT an exceptable response ever.

Also while the search feature on forums is great, and hopefully will be utilized - if someone comes here and asks a question, either answer it or don't. If you're going to suggest the search feature, be polite about it. Nothing irks me more than when I go to a forum, (and use the search!), then ask a question because I want some one-on-one with my problem, and get a simple "Use the search." reply. Suggesting it is encouraged, but don't withhold the answer because they don't.

Thanks for understanding

First, that part you quoted is about the forum search. Second, I provided a link that I thought my be helpful to the OP, but since I wasn't 100% sure what they wanted, it's hard for me to suggest all possible answers. I thought that searching for it using the correct spelling might help them find the answer quicker.

Thanks for the reminder though.

Yeah, link is the word you want then. Not sync :) Sync would mean getting them from FB onto your phone. Link is merging them with your other contacts.

Facebook contacts are a different animal than others, because Facebook doesn't like to play nice with regards to freedom of your own data. (E.g., there's no easy way to import your FB contacts to Gmail, if you wanted to do that.)

I usually just go into each contact and manually link them, but I'm not sure if that option is available for FB. I don't use it :)

You aren't the only one with this problem though.
