idk who the original credit goes to but a good fella named gTen over at a dif forum recomended to disable swype and give the hardware keyboard a try ... i am amazed at the difference in accuracy after doing so ... oddly swype likes to recheck itself so i went ahead & backed up swype, uninstalled it & am in love with this keyboard ! downfall is swype is gone but its my personal preferance to use the physical keyboard .. im told there is a newer version of swype available & when i find it i will install it & see if the improvement remains .. with DI18 i noticed it the best but am currently on DI07 since i got a replacement epic & havent upgraded past that yet but am looking for a solid custom . . any thoughts ?

Wow that helped a lot. Unchecking swype makes it so the physical keyboard doesn't skip any buttons.

While this is a nice tip for people who use only the keyboard, swype is so much fun to use. I'll deal with the key skipping(Which doesn't happen often).
