How's the delay/response on the app switcher (recent apps) soft button?

That's the biggest issue I have with the responsiveness of the phone.
There's latency when tapping that button to when it actually registers, then a little more delay before the recent apps page opens up.

I know what you are talking about, I experienced the same lagging on mine when I was on ICS. I can tell you now, there is no such lag at all anymore on Jelly Bean! BUtter, Butter, Butter!!! And this isn't even the official release, I can't wait until the dev's get the official code when it drops in a few weeks.

I don't notice any delay on mine either. Seems like it comes up in the appropriate amount of time.
