Okay guys, I had to deleted a few posts here and have a few things for you to remember:
1. Downloading anything from known warez distribution sites is probably a bad idea due to the possibility of malware or exploits being introduced. Discussing them here on Android Forums is certainly not something we encourage.
2. Do not go around the filters to mention this stuff.

Almost completely buttery smooth, no chainfire needed

What settings are you using in GTA3? I've run it on CM7, MIUI, and CM9 (until it freezes the phone) and i've never had it be a smooth experience with any consistency.
