For those who lost 3G with the boost.

Everything should be back to normal within the next day or so.
You can switch back to simple ip.

Im still in the muck. I did find out, however, you can keep it on simple ip and just switch the phone to cdma only so you don't have to switch the ip back and forth.
 
I'm on business in Atlanta, this week, and switched it back to simple ip today. I stay on evdo (3G) and have done nicer speeds again. I tried yesterday, but kept loosing it and the speeds were incredibly slow, so I went back to mobile IP. Hopefully I'll keep the goodness when I get back to Dallas in a few days. I am on PRL 3027, by the way. I performed the *228 about a week or so, ago. Right after I started seeing people talk about it here on the forums. I might have gotten it pushed to my phone had I been patient, but I was hoping it'd fix my data issues. When I get home I plan on checking my wife's phone to see if it ever got pushed to hers. I'm pretty sure that if it hasn't, it will since all the other prl's have been.
 
My phone is back to semi-normal. It cuts out a bit but stays on for 15-30 minutes at a time. compared to staying on 1-2 minutes and being off for 5 or more.
Looks like its time to jump on the 4G bandwagon.
 
People have been having issues with 3g? I've had no 3g data issues at all while on mop ip? I'm on prl 3027, but i just switched back to simple ip to give it another try and got no data, and my buddy just bought the connect from lg on metro, so i ran a speed test while full bars on 4g & got around 2500 kbps, it's not that bad, but his service is very spotty, I'm in Bakersfield, CA

Question: How is it my wife's OM has had uninterrupted 3g on simple, while mine has barely had any data service on either setting?
 
So has anyone had any luck with those turbocharged 3G scripts? I tried but lost my data and had to remove it, I'd like to know how you had set it up to be stable and get 600+ kbps

Try wiping cache and dalvik cache on it, someone else said they flashed another rom and data started working just fine..
 
applied this to my phone yesterday. my speeds went up to about 200-300kbps. not what I wanted but its better than nothing. thanks!

Is there anyone in the OC/L.A. area who's willing to do the 3g boost for me? I'm willing to compensate you for your time.

I hope a post like this isn't against the rules or board net-iquette, if so my apologies!
