Help Force Close Errors

I've had my Captivate for around a year now and it has been working great. But ever since yesterday, every time I open an app, it force closes. The second I open the Market, or Power Amp, or Facebook, or the Browser, any other app, it force closes. I've tried a lot of things to try and fix it but nothing works.

Now every time I try to send a message, the Android keyboard and the Messaging force closes.
