What device/phone
Which android version
which email app/account
what password ie to open the app or access an account?
As much information as you can give helps, including what, if anything, you have already done/tried.

Just a note to prevent unnecessary guesswork... if it's your email account password that's been forgotten then only your email provider can correct that.
