Passwords are suppose to be hard to get around. And being on a device no one knows isn't helping your situation.

Does pressing Power + Volume Down + Home get you into recovery?

the OP's "X-pad" is not necessarily a Simmtronics one. There's a whole load of tablets called "X-pad" listed on the Made-In-China and Alibaba B2B sites. Many of them do look very similar, and are nearly always from unknown manufacturers.

It's not that we don't want to help, it's that we cannot offer advice, as we do not know what we are dealing with

I did as much as I can and tried. I went as far as giving you the contact info the rest is on you . as you keep asking for help one message to the xpad can help fix the device . i think someone should lock the thread its nothing else to do.

If you contact the manufacturer (or at least the seller) of the device, they may be able to help you out.

Don't know if you've tried to get in to recovery... does this work:

Does pressing Power + Volume Down + Home get you into recovery?

If you are able to get in to recovery, you may be able to factory reset the device?
