Forgot pattern pass code on Android PC

Help! We got a Google Android as a gift - Model 440002419 - and forgot to draw a diagram of our pass code for the touch screen dots. Can't log onto Google to by pass either. What should I do?

Hello spunky213 , welcome to android forums I'm sorry to hear of your problem and unfortunately olbriar is correct the only way to get around this is to do a factory reset. I've even done this to myself before

What kind of device is it exactly? I tried to to a search on factory reset and it is pointing me at a galaxy note II.

Is that what you have exactly?
