Help Forgot security pattern.

My sis lost her phone and just found it. Its been 6-8 months ago and wants to see what's on it to retrieve some things. Problem is she can't remember the security pattern. Is there a way around this without losing the info.

I found a how to disable the lock pattern on all android phone on you tube.
