Root FORGOT TO FLASH RECOVERY IMage B4 Installing a Custom ROM Help!!!

I was gonna install a new ROM, and I forgot to flash the recovery image, after i installed the ROM, all my old stuff were there, and when I tried to use Recovery Flash To Back Up, it said BACK UP Failed could not run command.! Please Help Me!!!
 
Which ROM did you install? An official one (what was the build no.?) or a custom one?

If you flashed official firmware, it will wipe out the recovery image. If you did that, I'd let it get the OTA 2.1 update, because that firmware is really easy to get the recovery image on with.

If you flashed custom firmware, then the recovery menu will still be there.
