Root Forgot to S-ON before unroot

As dumb as it sounds I forgot to S-ON before unrooting my phone. Long story short I need to unroot and put back phone to stock as my DHD is being replaced. I have now rerooted my phone in hopes of getting S-ON but have had no luck with steps found on the internet. Is there someone out there who can advise me how to get this completed before I lose my mind?

I guess you mean Radio S-On? You should be able to use the one click tool to revert back to S-On...

In fact - just had a look at the tool and yes - you can revert back to S-On - [TOOL][VIDEO] One click Radio S-OFF, SimUnlock (Easy Root & S-OFF Guide) - xda-developers

So I found visionary and am in the process of putting back the stock Telus ruu/wwe or whatever its called. I'll do the temp root a la visionary and try the 1 stop tool. I have tried this tool already in prev but it was getting unknown error/connection to phone? As I said I will try again as its prob a user error, lol. I will post again after. Thanks for your help so far.
