Help Format SD Card

Hi can someone please explain to me how to format and partition an SD card to use A2SD . Pls a step by step guide will be highly appreciated. I'm using leedroid 2.2f rom on my htc desire. Thanks

Copy the contents of your SD card to PC
Download Rom Manager.
Go into rom manager and "Flash clockwork mod recovery"
In rom manager choose "Partion SD card".
Select Swap 0

let it do its stuff

Done.
