Root Format SD card?

Biggen0

Newbie
Was browsing through my SD card and noticed I have a lot of junk spread around from before I rooted and installed my rom. If I want to reformat it what should I worry about keeping? I guess I need to make sure I keep the nandroid backup. I don't really care about the apps as I can reinstall them. Don't have any music or movies either.

Also, what's the best app to use for formatting?

What about the .zip files in my root directory from my custom kernels/Roms? Can those safely be delete once they are installed?

Just back up anything u want to save to the pc. Format it and move what u want to save back to the card. The rom.zip files u dont need Just zzzvrsuperwipe if you are using that for wipeing before flashing. The first boot after formating will take longer because the rom will rebuild whats needed for the rom.

Yeah i do have superwipe but I'm happy with mikeg and don't see myself trying a new one. Just need to upgrade to 3.11.
