Help Formatted and restored Gingerbread 2.3.3 now can't get to Settings

Hey All

I reset my Droid X today (the worst phone I ever owned), when I restored it to Gingerbread 2.3.3 I noticed that I can't access the Settings area. I really don't want to wipe it again any other solutions on how to get Settings to work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It either doesn't come up or opens then closes right away.
