i just bought my first smartphone couple days ago, a Samsung Galaxy Y. Was busy loading it with apps, ringtones etc. Today I was circulating in my motorbike and was checking things out in my Samsung at traffic lights. One of this occasions, I notice a message saying something like "Format of SD card in progress", or something like that. 
I felt scared, so I turned off the phone. I hadn't locked the screen, so it must have pressed some key to format while in my pocket by accident. I turned it on again, but I noticed the apps , ringtones I donwloaded are gone. Even a couple of ebooks that a bought in the Kindle app. Is there any way to recover my data? Is the SD card still serviceable?
