Exactly, it wasn't too bad for a while, but it has gotten worse, and I would rather get it taken care of now than later.

+1 that is what I can't understand when I see a thread asking "Can I root with a broken volume button" or something like that. If your phone is under warranty get it replaced before it causes more trouble or the warranty runs out...

Actually I have to call HTC sometime... My vibrate motor stopped working yesterday... It act's like it's trying, but it doesn't although If I give it a smack it will work.. Kinda... Just that means I'll be without a phone for like a week :/

Yes step 1 in rooting: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil
step 2: drop phone in water and boil for 13 mins (phone must be on)
step 3: place phone in freezer for 2 hours
step 4: power phone on and log onto AF, if you are unable to do this you will be unable to root

Disclaimer: This was a joke post and not a rooting tutorial this will break your phone please do not follow any of these steps.

Dang! Yeahha! I thought you were serious. I tried to root not only my phone, but my TV. To get my TV into the boiling water, I had to cut it with a saw, I just assumed that part. Now nothing will connect to AF, and it's your fault!
