forwarding emails to gmail

my email account is a talk talk account. I have it set up on the phone and I can receive emails, problem is I can't send any. I read on here its because talk talk blocks outgoing. So I've set up a gmail account with the intention of getting messages from my talk acc into the gmail, at least then I can reply etc. Any ideas how I do it

in gmail web app goto settings -> Accounts and Import there are few options to import emails and reply from other email account
