Root foxfi

Doesn't work for me. I can see it on my Wifi list but it never connects. I've tried with various apps on my phone and none of them work.

the app is "wifi tether for root users" if you dont have it, then youll have to sideload it as virgin blocks it in the market. but once installed, select generic ics device and enable mss clamping and router fix.

foxfi is more for people who arent rooted. also because of the way it works, i dont think htc phones save the evo 4g lte actually work with it.

Did you change device profile to generic ics and enable router fix?

That did it, thanks! I was able to find it in the Play Store with no problems though, so maybe Virgin isn't blocking it anymore or maybe the Harmonia ROM i'm running tricks it.

PS - It wouldn't let me connect as long as I had security enabled in Wifi Tether. As soon as I disabled it, it allowed me to connect. No biggie though, I'm using the Access Control feature to only allow my tablet to connect.
