You need to flash a custom kernel
[Kernel]netarchy-toastmod, Current Version: 4.0.3, now powered by 2.6.32! - xda-developers
Just flashed this one today, it's supposed to save battery but still unlocks fps & allows oc up to 1.13 ghz for now:
