Help FPse (Playstation Emulator)?

TriumphLance

Android Enthusiast
Anyone use the FPse playstation emulator or any other one on the Triumph? I'm wondering the performance of the games? Legally obtained games of course.

fPSe and n64oid works great. but the problem with all these emulators is that on-screen controls suck.

the only games that play well are games that dont need a lot of action commands, like pokemon. its really slow paced.

we need some kind of controller solution and the wiimotes connect fine but dont have enough buttons.

when usb host works on ICS ill start playing a lot of games. got a wired usb controller that would be awesome.

I agree about the controls, I was totally uninterested in games on android until I heard you can use a PS3 controller through bluetooth. Its awesome now. I've been playing SNES and GBA games with it and there's no lag. Also you can map the PS3 contoller to onscreen touch games

Does a PS3 controller not work well for you? (serious question, as most games I have played are older and don't need a ton of buttons and the PS3 controller has plenty for that).

Or maybe he doesn't have a ps3... I know I wouldn't want to spend $50 for a controller just to use it on my phone...

for the life of me i cannot get my PS3 controller paired... with my OV or MT

would i be able to make it work on Modern Combat 3 in the same control scheme that i play MW3 with??? thatd be amazing.

although im a pretty avid PC gamer running a dedicated 32 player Garrys Mod server and entire website and thats where my gaming focus goes. not too interested in finding some way to make this work on my MT, but curious nonetheless

You have to download the Sixaxis controller app off the market and it will walk you through it. Its $1.99 for the app but it does work well. You actually have to manually type in your bluetooth address into software hooked up to a PC through usb so the controller locks onto the correct address
