do they not like each other? i just wanted to make my battery more awesome and i put all the icons in but after a reset they were the same why?

Are you using a theme? Because (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) I think custom themes pull their images from drawable-hdpi-v4 and not drawable-hdpi.

no, it depends on the theme.

to the OP, make sure you went back and finished the project after you swapped the images.

thanks guys i think i did it right but im not sure at all i went tin to the folder with the battery icons and swapped all of them, than i hit finish project and it rebooted and nothing is changed at all

It's odd. I get that sometimes where I cant change images. I'll go back later and try again and it will work. Try new project and when it asks to overwrite existing back up tap no and try again. you can tell if its going to work if the images are changed when you go down to the next one. Another thing I found is if I take images out of drawable-hdpi a certain way it does not like them either, so instead of extracting the zip I browse to framework res and copy the correct folders and that seems to help out some.

so i decided that it was saved on my sd card so i would try and change the icons my self and you know what it worked im now very happy! :)

Sometimes NinjaMorph has an issue with file permissions, where it will attempt to overwrite the files, but it wont actually happen.

My workaround is to do the following:
1 - Use NinjaMorph to start a new project
This will create a folder in /sdcard/AndroidThemes/Workspace
2 - Use a file explorer program to replace the files in question (Files, Root Explorer, Astro)
3 - Use NinjaMorph to finish project

I find this works 100% of the time and is far less frustrating than replacing 1 file at a time :-)
