I think he's asking if there is any way for him to download apps which you have to pay for in the Market for free. Or if you have to do what they do on the iPhone and download cracked APK files.
Either way there is no way you should be downloading paid apps for free. If the developer feels the app is good enough to charge for then they should be paid for their time. Pirating android apps would undermine the marketplace and just cause developers to ignore android for the more profitable Apple App Store.

Not to mention that requesting or providing links to copyrighted software, whether paid-for or not, is against Android Forum rules. Note that this includes the Google and/or HTC apps that ship with handsets.
