free wifi tethering

Hello, I don't know a heck of a lot, not so tech savvy.
However, I am looking for a way to tether my non rooted htc 3G android
incredible with my wifi only mini iPad, without the $40.00 per month, or more that Verizon charges. Any suggestions out there?

well for starters there are plenty of wifi tethering apps available on the market:
wifi tether Play Store search. however, some of them are for rooted phones. also some may not be available for your phone as some carriers will remove some of these apps as they want you to buy there data plan and not get it for free.

now we are treading a fine line as to anything else about tethering for free. you can always root your phone as well.
