Free Wireless Tether For Xomm and HP Touchpad

I found a Wireless Tether Widget on the Free Amazon App of the Day called Tethering Widget. It REALLY works on my Xoom and HP Touchpad. Created a SSID, Password, used WPA2 PSK. I FINALLY get Free Wireless Tethering

Typing this on my HP Touchpad using the Tethering Widget. My wife has it and so do I and are Photon's are ONLY Rooted. Works Great.

what are you saying? that you downloaded a free app to tether and you're phones are rooted? If they are rooted you don't need a tethering app because you just use the stock tethering app.

Took a couple reads for me to get it.

What he's saying is:
1) He found a wireless tether widget app
2) Both his and his wife's phones are rooted (only), without and custom roms loaded (at least, that's my assumption, based on how it was said).

I haven't rooted any of my phones yet, so I never really looked into how the free wireless tether worked (if it was through custom roms or through certain paid apps or however else free wireless tether was achieved).
