Freezes at startup

My tab suddenly just froze one day at the 'android' screen when I switched it on.. Been like this ever since.. It's fully charged. I have tried holding in the power and volume button but nothing appears. . Am I doing something wrong? Please help

Power + volume up = Recovery mode.

Power + volume down = Download mode.

my gt p1300 also restarts automatically without any warning,i tried to return it back to where i purchased but the problem is that i cant proved it when they checked,so,is there somebody can help me why is it hapenning....

Do you do a lot of cut-and-paste? If so, clear your clipboard:

im not using the office app....it restarts in any occasions at any opened apps....

I've tried the power + volume up but nothing happens.. The device was bought in Thailand and could be fake. Could this be the reason it's not working? If so, is there another way I could do a hard reset? Perhaps by plugging it into the pc?
