nope you got a lemon... my phone has frozen once in the last week of extensive use and downloading over 30 apps....and running gps, multiple apps, phone calling etc all simultaneously.
mine has pretty much handled everything i threw at it.
1gb of ram and dual core processor one of the aspects of this phone that truely impressed me.
take it back they will give you a new one in the store within the first 30 days with no problem.
