Fresh 2.0d stuck on speakerphone?

Hi all, I am rooted running Fresh 2.0d and as this is not the official build I realize that there will be some bugs and clearly I'm ok with that since I rooted and flashed a ROM, just a question...I was on hold the other night for about 30 mins so I decided to just set my phone down and put it on speaker, when I finally got someone on the line I tried to turn off the speaker and it wouldn't do it...since then I have made a couple of calls...same result though this time I didn't even enable it...I have since pulled the battery and reset the phone and the problem has gone away, but has anyone else ever had this problem?? Any way to prevent it??

I'm stock and I haven't experienced this exactly the same, but there has been a couple of times I put a call on speaker and the only way I could get out was thru the menu, just pressing the regular speaker button wouldn't work. But it's never required a restart or battery pull for me.
