Help friend stream has stoped working

Friend stream just suddenly stopped updating the screen is blank and say no recent activity . I have pulled the battery but still no joy has any one else has had this problem I'm running 2.2.1 is this yet another bug due to the update .

Try going into the friend stream app in application manager and clearing data and cache, then reboot. That could wash out the issue.

Menu > settings > applications > manage applications.

Sometimes it's not the fault of the device or any settings, etc, but a glitch with the feed itself.

I Tryed that but it didn't work so I removed the account and reimputed my Information and its all working thanks for your help .
