Hello. :)

I came here to ask a question but found out I wasn't registered. Oops! I'd like to be here a while so I took care of that. So...I am not a complete newcomer to cell phones in general but I may have some questions that seem stupid or redundant if you've heard them before. I mean no harm or irritation. :o

I'm on the Poor Girl Plan, so my two experiences with Android are Virgin Mobile (LG Optimus) and my current phone, Samsung Galaxy Prevail with Boost Mobile. Maybe one day I can afford one with all the bells and whistles but right now I'm happy with what I have for what I am paying.

I love gadgetry and although not any type of geek (bummer, I know) technology rocks when it's not over my head. :rolleyes:

I didn't mean to be so long in returning; (do I ever feel sheepish) just had piles of stuff going on but now I have time to hang out here more. :)

Also, thanks for the Prevail link! I had to give up on that cell though, because of Boost Mobile's rotten service and "make it up as you go" policies. Finally had had enough so I've been using the Optimus V and been real happy with it, but I got that itch to get a new phone (probably everyone here knows that familiar itch!) and still needing to stick with Virgin Mobile's no contract plan, I have a Samsung Reverb on its way to me now. It's due here January 3rd and now that I have more time and a new phone, I want to get back in the groove here in the forums and get to know all the members and marinate in all that phone geekery goodness! :D
