Fring (Evo) to Fring (PC), is this possible?

So now that Skype is dead for Fring, it's pretty damn useless for videocalls. I was wondering though, is there a Fring app for PC? So I can call someone on my Evo (using Fring) to there PC (they're using Fring)?

I search and couldn't find my answer.

No, fring has no desktop client, its purely mobile to mobile.
