Help fring/qik problems

im having trouble with fring. ill video call my friend and it works for about 5-10 seconds then just disconnects. what could be the problem????

I also try to use qik which works fine. i can see and hear the other person but they can just see me but not hear me. anyone got a solution for this?

Other person has htc mytouch 4g btw.
 
video calls require a lot of bandwidth. Trying to do a video call over 3G is going to result in the problems you are describing. If BOTH parties are using wifi or are connected to and are actually using 4G, you'll find you'll have better results. If you're experiencing your issues even though you're connected to wifi, then it's another issue and we'll try to get to the bottom of it.

i tried while being on wifi and by witching to 4g to the same results....
