Root From bad to worse... locked up completely

Long story short, I popped the sd card out thinking the Nook was shut down but it was only asleep. It's completely locked up now - won't charge, go to sleep mode, shut down - nothing. What do I do?

(You guys are going to curse the day I found these forums, right? Lol...)

Try holding the power button down for a long time 15-30 seconds. It should shut down. Wait 10 seconds and power on.

This stuff is enough to mess with a person's self-confidence!
