I have this tablet, all well and good till upgraded to 4.4.2.

from there on I am lost and i cannot use two windows[apps] in one screen mode like before?
Is it still exist this functionality?

it is still there.
pull down the notification panel, click the right top area (icon with three squares and arrows) then find the icon for multiwindows. that is probably off in your device. turn it on. then swiping from right gives you apps that you run in a multiwindow mode.

exist still possibility see a video on the right while open email on the left and take Notes - same time???

with kitkat you cannot use floating windows or use more than two windows at once. you can only have two apps open side by side.

for example, videoplayer and snote
