Help Front Camera Not Working

Hi guys,
Long story short, my front camera is not working. When I switch from main to secondary, it still shows the view from the main. Will Sprint have to replace the whole phone or can they repair the camera?

Also, if they have to replace the phone, will all of my apps I've downloaded and paid for save to my gmail account? I asked on another forum about back up apps and was told because my phone wasn't rooted, I wouldn't be able to use those. Any help/info is appreciated

My front camera never worked from the start when I got it, so the whole phone was replaced. All your apps should still be in the market and you should be able to re-download them. I had all my apps in appbrain.com and just downloaded to my new phone.
