I have to hold my phone at an angle to use face time.... the camera is litterally crooked like a manufacture defect.... If I call virgin will they replace it? Idk where I put my best buy reciept for it... purchased less than 30 days ago.... also I have Root and rom... should I flash back to stock before replacing?!??!!?

I wouldn't worry about it. I've returned many a rooted phone before.
By the way, you will have to hold your phone at a BIT of an angle because the camera isn't in the center. May not be a defect... just my two cents...
Got new phone they swapped it out right there at best buy lol I call virgin to activate my phone they wanna charge me 10$ hahaha. talked easily outta that got 50 bonus mins cause I told they owe me that much for the gas i wasted having to replace.
TLDR returned to bestbuy got another one wanted charge activation and camera was crooked.
I win 50 mins and free activation.

Are you sure it just doesn't seem crooked because it's way off to the right?
no mine was crooked alot more off than this one. I compared side by side with new phone at best buy this one is much better!
