Help Front Screen Adhesive Pad

Hello all, I am new to this and apologize if this is in the wrong spot.

I am a college student and a couple months from an upgrade so I need to hold on a bit longer.
I have previously gotten my screen repaired at a verizon store. It cracked shortly before my new case arrived and I have been fighting with the expanding cracks ever since.

The screen totally peeled off today and it seems that the repairmen removed all of the previous adhesive and held the new screen to it by using an adhesive cutout. I already have a backup screen but need this adhesive cutout pad. I would prefer not to use the adhesive tape. If someone could direct me to where to find the adhesive cutout to connect just the front glass to the phone, that would be excellent. If it means I have to buy another screen that already has the adhesive applied, that is ok as well.

Thank you but this is not what I am looking for. This would be the adhesive pad that connects the screen+digitizer to the rest of the phone. I am just trying to attach the front screen to the backscreen and digitizer - I need something that adheres to the edges of the phone. If I were to use this cutout, it would totally obscure vision.

The blue center area shown in the illustration will cut out or press out leaving a thin black gasket. The adhesive that is normally used is UV cement and requires bonding under UV light or sunlight. My experience was to purchase the front screen digitizer/LCD unit as an assembly and it's much easier to install. It's dearer but far better job. Neil.
