Just updated my Wildfire but I see that the build number is showing as 2.24.161.2 instead of 2.222.405.1 as seen on the HTC website. Is mine different because the phone is locked to Vodafone?
Any advice please.

yes it will be different from operator to operator so nothing to worry about.
