Help froyo 2.2 HELP! READ ASAP

i downloaded the update manually awhile ago and verizon just sent me the update "official" now should i not download it or should i ??????????????????????????
 
There are 2 FroYo updates. The first was for FRG01B, the second for FRG22D.

Check and see which one you're running (Settings --> About phone) and if the update is for FRG22D and you're on FRG01B, apply it.
