Help Froyo 2.2 problems with Incredible

Has anyone else experienced the problems with HTC Sense force closing and being extremely laggy after installing the android 2.2 update?
 
I had this problem (the lagginess not the FC) and I would say restoring phone to factory settings...this fixed my problems but I had to do it like 3 times...very very annoying...get titanium backup...invest in the paid version (you do this within the app) in order to save time restoring apps
