Froyo 2.2 Update on Orange?

I can tell you as far as it will be Q3 (When HTC releases FroYo to unbranded & to operators for customisation)

There is a chance that Orange simply wont give their customers 2.2...

Gingerbread will be out by the time Orange release Froyo, and whats with the daft names???

Just thought i'd have a look and highlight how rumour and forums can get things very wrong lol

I probably wrongly presumed this was another carphone warehouse Desire just on an Orange contract. But it appears Orange may be rolling out the update at the mo, so I might be putting my foot in my mouth
