Froyo and battery drain

[martin_edinburg]

Has anyone else noticed their battery drain being even worse with Froyo?

I used MyBackUp to restore settings but power is plummeting now.

Gutted!

Try using the NeoPhyTe ROM, I'm using it and the battery is doing great. have a read of the comments over at XDA.

Silly question here - if I download the version WITH the radio, will that install it as well?

My calls have been dropping today since upgrading so I'd like to try another radio and this looks like a good 2in1 upgrade.

Yep, get the one with Radio if you want to change.

You can check your current radio by going to settings/about phone/ software info (the latest one ends in 00.08)

Looks like I have the latest.

I'm going to try and switch off a few bits and pieces. I cant be bothered going through it all again tonight and reflashing.

Any idea where I can get the original HTC wallpapers?

They are on the xda forum, if you do a search

Wallpaper - HTC Desire Like - xda-developers

The sense froyo ROMs include the HTC wallpapers , don't they? I don't use them never have but I can see HTC wallpapers with ROM i'm running at them moment.
